The short version: Use Clinvoy fairly and honestly. We connect you with clinics — we are not a healthcare provider. Don't book appointments you won't attend. Clinics are responsible for the care they provide, not Clinvoy.
By creating a Clinvoy account or using the Clinvoy platform at clinvoy.ca, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Clinvoy.
These terms apply to all users of Clinvoy, including patients, clinic owners, and visitors.
Clinvoy is a healthcare directory and appointment booking platform. We connect patients with healthcare providers — we are not a healthcare provider ourselves.
Clinvoy does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
In a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create a Clinvoy patient account, or have parental or guardian consent if under 18.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and booking appointments.
You agree not to use Clinvoy to book appointments you do not intend to attend. Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.
By registering a clinic on Clinvoy, you represent that you are authorized to do so on behalf of that clinic or practice, and that the information you provide is accurate and current.
You agree to keep your clinic's hours, availability, and wait times reasonably up to date. You agree to respond to patient booking requests in a timely manner.
Clinvoy reserves the right to remove clinic listings that contain inaccurate information, violate these terms, or receive repeated patient complaints.
Clinvoy facilitates appointment requests between patients and clinics. A booking submitted through Clinvoy is a request — it is confirmed only when the clinic explicitly confirms it.
Clinvoy is not responsible for clinic cancellations, wait times, or the quality of care provided. All medical services are provided directly by the clinic, not by Clinvoy.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so through your Clinvoy dashboard as early as possible so the slot can be released to other patients.
You agree not to use Clinvoy to submit false or misleading information, harass or abuse clinic staff or other users, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, scrape or copy clinic data without permission, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Clinvoy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that clinic listings are always accurate, that appointments will always be confirmed, or that the platform will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Clinvoy and its owners are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including missed appointments, incorrect clinic information, or any medical outcomes.
The Clinvoy name, logo, and platform design are owned by Clinvoy. Clinic information listed on the platform remains the property of the respective clinics.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of Clinvoy's design or content without written permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of Clinvoy after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
